Al 1-4  First couple dance a half figure eight down, finish
        between the second couple;
   5-8 line of four dances down the center a double
        and fall back a double. 

A2 1-4 Second couple gate the first couple (so couples are
       now facing partner across the set, first couple above
       the second couple). First coupe change places with
       partner (R) while second couple sets;
   5-8 with neighbor fall back a double
       and dance forward a double,
Bl 1-4 All set, dance right hands across half way,
   5-8 right hand turn partner once round,
B2 1-8 All dance down the middle, turn as a couple, dance up
      the middle and all turn single up to progressed place.</code>

Flying into Manitoba in the summer presents an exquisite patchwork:
fields of sunny canola and of blue flax that ripple like water in the
wind. In the fall sunflowers turn golden heads to the sun in sharp
relief against azure skies. \\
For sports-minded Manitobans, blue gold are the colors of our football team,
